The start of the 2023-24 college basketball season officially tips off the NBA Mock Draft season. 

The 2024 NBA Draft is still more than seven months away but with the start of the college basketball season, the chatter surrounding next year’s NBA Draft is going to grow over the next few months. It’s an exciting part of the year and as we begin to learn more about this year’s draft class, the intrigue is only going to grow and intensify.

While there may not be a Victor Wembanyama in this year’s upcoming draft, there will be several other intriguing prospects that could absolutely buoy franchises to new heights.

Bronny James could enter the 2024 NBA Draft

Heading into the 2024 draft season, the one big dark horse name is Bronny James. He’s currently enrolled at USC but is still recovering from cardiac arrest and there’s still no guarantee he’s going to play this season. But if he does get cleared to play, there’s a very good chance he ends up declaring for the draft.

LeBron James has made it clear that one of his goals before he retires is to play in the Association with his son. We could be on the precipice of this all coming to fruition.
