15. Miami Heat - Isaiah Collier, G, USC

In a perfect world, the Miami Heat would be able to solve all their problems this offseason. However, I have a feeling that's going to be somewhat of a pipe dream scenario over the next few months for the team. What they can do is continue to stockpile quality young prospects into their developmental system. With the No. 15 overall pick in the 2024 NBA Draft, the Heat will have the opportunity to once again select a player that they could invest in that hopefully pays dividends for the team down the line.

One intriguing option at this point in the NBA Draft is USC guard Isaiah Collier. Even though he left a bit to be desired during his freshman season with the Trojans, Collier is an intriguing player who has an NBA-level skill set and frame.

He's had some consistency issues throughout his career but the measurables may be too good for a team like the Heat to pass up outside the lottery. Collier may not contribute much right away but with a year or two of development, he could end up being a steal of this year's draft class.
