15. Cleveland Cavaliers - Baba Miller, F, Florida State
For a team that was supposed to compete in the Eastern Conference this season, the Cleveland Cavaliers' uneven start to the season is not ideal. However, there's still enough of the regular season left where they can turn the corner and change the narrative. However, if they do have a selection in the top 15, there's a chance they can land a high-ceiling project. One prospect that could make sense at this point in the draft is Baba Miller.
Miller is a 6-foot-11 forward out of Florida State who returned for a sophomore season in large part due to a suspension that limited his freshman campaign. The hope is that he can use this additional season in college to solidify himself as a difference-making prospect ahead of the 2024 NBA Draft.
So far, his start to his sophomore season has mirrored what he showed during his freshman season at Florida State. Miller is considered a raw prospect that has somewhat of a limitless ceiling. He could be a worthwhile gamble for a team like the Cavs.
