19. Indiana Pacers - Robert Dillingham, G, Kentucky
The Indiana Pacers are another one of these young teams in the NBA that is already showing signs of promise. In the Eastern Conference, the Pacers have emerged as one of the more dynamic teams with the No. 1 offense in the league. It remains to be seen how sustainable their early-season play is, but it's certainly something to keep an eye on. And absolutely an encouraging development. With their first-round pick, they could take a shot on a prospect such as Robert Dillingham.
Dillingham is an intriguing offensive-minded guard out of Kentucky. During the first few games of his freshman season with the Wildcats, Dillingham is proving his worth as a prospect, averaging 16 points, five assists, and four rebounds on 55 percent shooting from the field and 50 percent shooting from 3-point range.
If he continues to put up impressive numbers on the offensive end of the floor, you'd have to imagine that he's going to continue to rise up the draft boards. The Pacers would be lucky to snag him late in the first round.
