6. Portland Trail Blazers - Zaccharie Risacher, F, France
The Portland Trail Blazers' rebuild, after making the decision (forcefully or not) to trade Damian Lillard this summer, has gotten off to a rocky start. Scoot Henderson has been what the team thought he would be after selecting him with the No. 3 overall pick and Deandre Ayton hasn't been that strong of a presence at the center position. Still, with another projected top-10 pick, the Blazers should be able to craft a strong collection of young players for the future.
One player that could be in play for the Blazers late in the top 10 could be Zaccharie Risacher. The 6-foot-1- forward out of France could emerge as an intriguing option for any team in the backend of the top 10. If he has a good season, there's a chance he could sneak closer and closer into the top 10.
Where Risacher is going to provide the most value for teams at the next level is going to be his versatility. If he can continue to prove to be a versatile defender and good enough on the offensive end to make a difference, he should be a lock to be taken in the lottery.
