13. Sacramento Kings - Jared McCain, G, Duke

As a prospect who has risen up NBA Draft boards over the last couple of months, Jarred McCain is certainly a prospect to watch as one who could continue to jump into the lottery. For the Sacramento Kings, McCain could emerge as a potential option for the team at No. 13. Especially concerning the uncertainty that revolves around Malik Monk and his impending free agency, there's a chance that the Kings will have to look to the NBA Draft or free agency in an attempt to find his replacement heading into next season.

Even though McCain is not a player that will completely replace the value that Monk holds to the kings, he is certainly one that could develop into a similar type of producer off the bench. McCain proved this season at Duke that he can be a dynamic offensive player with a consistent 3-point stroke.

If the worst thing about McCain is that he lacks elite athleticism and that he may never be a No. 1 or 2 option on the offensive end of the floor, that's a trade-off a team like the Kings may be willing to take with an already established core.
