6. Portland Trail Blazers - Zaccharie Risacher, F, France

As a Portland Trailblazers, into their second offseason of their rebuild, if you count last summer as their first, this is a team that will have the freedom to be aggressive and flexible in how they approach to 2024 NBA Draft. One prospect that would make a lot of sense for the Blazers at No. 6 with the way this board has fallen is Zaccharie Risacher. As a prospect who has the talent to be selected No. 1 overall, if Risacher does fall out of the top five, he could end up being one of the biggest steals in this draft.

For the Blazers, who are not likely to compete for a playoff spot anytime soon, they could emerge as an ideal soft landing spot for a raw, yet talented prospect such as Risacher. He likely needs a few years of development before he becomes a real contributor at the next level but there's no question that his high-ceiling is what makes him appealing.

For a rebuilding team like the Blazers, selecting Risacher at No. 6 could be strong way to use this top 10 pick.
