16. Miami Heat - Jared McCain, G, Duke

Even after making the move for Terry Rozier, the Miami Heat are going to enter the offseason with a clear need in the backcourt. Especially considering the uncertainty revolving around Tyler Herro's future with the team. At this point in the draft, it's hard to find the long-term answer at the point guard position but if there's any team that can do it, it's the Heat. Taking a shot on a high-ceiling player, Jared McCain could be a fit at this point in the draft.

In his freshman season at Duke, McCain is averaging 14 points and five rebounds on 46 percent shooting from the field and 40 percent shooting from 3-point range. He translates well on the offensive end of the floor but his 6-foot-3 frame could complicate things as he enters the pre-draft process.

McCain hasn't shown a ton in terms of playmaking but if he does make strides in that department in the pre-draft process, there's no question that he'll be able to climb up the draft rankings. There's a very real chance McCain ends up being a lottery pick before it's all said and done.
