16. Miami Heat - Isaiah Collier, G, USC

Even though the Miami Heat is set to embark on another playoff run, this is still a team with some big questions heading into the offseason, most of them having to do with the future of their backcourt. Even with the acquisition of Terry Rozier before the NBA Trade Deadline, it wouldn't be surprising if the Heat elected to take another flier in the backcourt. One prospect that could fall in the laps of the Heat is USC guard Isaiah Collier.

Even though he left much to be desired during this past season at USC, in which he still averaged 16 points and four assists per game, his raw skill set and natural ability could be a real prize for the Heat's developmental system. On paper, Collier could be a natural match for the Heat.

If there's any team that can get the most out of Collier as he makes the transition to the NBA, it's going to be the Heat. The job they've done with other raw prospects should give them the confidence to pull the trigger on Collier with this projected mid-first-round pick.
