3. Washington Wizards - Alex Sarr, F/C, NBL

The Washington Wizards are going to be one of the favorites to finish with the No. 1 overall pick in this year's NBA Draft. It's likely going to come down to Washington, San Antonio, and Detroit. If the Wizards finish with the third pick, it'll be interesting to see what route they go. Looking at their roster, there's a case to be made that they are starting at ground zero with virtually no building blocks.

With a high pick in this year's draft, they could start to build the foundation for the next era of Wizards basketball. One player that could be of interest to them at No. 3 is Alex Sarr. The young big has already shown the ability to be a menace on both ends of the floor, while also showing off an improved 3-point shot. He's so talented that he'll find his way into the conversation for being selected No. 1 overall.

If the Wizards wanted to make a splash move, Sarr could be the play. He has star talent written all over him if he's able to reach his full potential at the next level. The question is, do the Wizards trust their developmental system enough to make him the first piece of their build?
