7. Utah Jazz - Matas Buzelis, F, G League Ignite

It's natural to be a bit disappointed or let down by how the Utah Jazz have performed through the first quarter of the season. With how good they were at certain points of last season, there was a bit of hope that perhaps the Jazz could emerge as a potential dark horse threat to make the Play-IIn Tournament in the Western Conference. However, at least so far this season, that doesn't appear as it is going to be the case.

That means another top-10 pick is likely headed the Jazz's way. Unless something drastically changes between now and the end of the season. After three first-round picks last season, the Jazz will have the opportunity to add another talent prospect to their build. With the No. 7 selection, Matas Buzelis could be in the picture for the Jazz.

Buzelis has a high ceiling and is considered to be a scorer who can be effective at all three levels. The questions for Buzelis fall on his defensive abilities and whether he can be consistent enough this season to warrant him being a top-10 selection.
