13. DeMar DeRozan, Sacramento Kings
Over the course of his 15-year career in the NBA, DeMar DeRozan has been one of the most productive and consistent players at the small forward/shooting guard position. Even though DeRozan is 35 years old, his production hasn't really slowed down. But as he makes the transition to playing with the Sacramento Kings, it will be interesting to see if that changes at all. DeRozan will be asked to embrace a new role with the team and there's no question there are questions about how well he'll explore such a role.
In theory, you would expect the transition to be simple for DeRozan. However, that's far from a given heading into the start of the season. But even at this stage of his career, DeRozan still has to be considered one of the better starting small-forward options in the league.
How well this will age remains to be seen. But at least heading into the start of the season, DeRozan should help the Kings take a step forward in the Western Conference this season.
