28. Washington Wizards

The Washington Wizards are in the final group of three teams in the NBA that have gotten off to exceptionally bad starts and are likely to remain near the bottom of the standings over the course of the season. The Wizards are well on their way toward a complete rebuild but likely will have to take a bit of a step back before the end up taking any steps forward. Even more so considering it appears that Jordan Poole is not going to be a key part of the team's future.

Washington is eventually going to have to make a decision on Kyle Kuzma and that should probably happen sooner rather than later. Right now, it's tough to find many bright spots about the Wizards other than the fact that they're going to have a top pick in this year's NBA Draft. That said, with the way Washington has drafted recently, that's no guarantee that will help much.

Any strides or signs of encouragement that the Wizards take will be a great sign. That should be the goal for the team heading into the remainder of the season.
