1. Boston Celtics

A surprise to no one, the Boston Celtics continue to be the best team in the NBA. That hasn't been argued against since the opening tip. Even though the Celtics have had a hiccup here and there, you can't deny that this team has the most talented roster in the NBA. And they're backing that up every night. At this point, the only thing that is standing between the Celtics and finishing with the No. 1 seed in the Eastern Conference is health.

If the Celtics can remain relatively healthy, this is a team that is going to enter the postseason as the overwhelming favorite, likely not only to win the East but also the 2024 NBA Championship. The scary part of this team is that they could still realistically make an addition or two to solidify their spot as a contender ahead of the NBA Trade Deadline.

The Celtics are the class of the NBA right now and the rest of the league is still chasing their greatness. For now, it's hard to argue against the fact that the Celtics' ceiling is higher than any other team in the NBA.
