26. Chicago Bulls

Right now, the Chicago Bulls are considered a mess. And I don't think there are many that would disagree with that assessment. Not even Bulls fans would push back on that notion. Whether they're willing to believe it or not, the Bulls are essentially in a holding pattern until they figure out what to do with Zach LaVine. With his trade market currently pretty non-existent, it's complicated the plans for the Bulls.

The Bulls are a team that is likely to blow up their roster within the next calendar year. It's probably starting at the NBA Trade Deadline if not before. However, figuring out the LaVine situation could prove to be difficult. That's the one thing that the team should be focusing on navigating for the time being.

It's unfortunate how much this build has unraveled for the Bulls. At one point, before the injuries, it did appear somewhat promising. Now, it's going to be considered another "what" in a long list of mistakes in franchise history.
