Denver Nuggets
NBA Trade Deadline target: Alec Burks, Detroit Pistons
For the most part, it seems as if the Denver Nuggets have pretty much picked up where they left off last season. They may not have the best record in the Western Conference but they've proven that they're going to factor in the championship picture in a big way. Nikola Jokic is putting together another NBA MVP start to the season and even after losing Bruce Brown, the Nuggets seem to have a worthy championship-level supporting cast.
But as the NBA Trade Deadline quickly approaches, the Nuggets will likely look to add to their depth in an attempt to solidify their chances of repeating as champions. One potential wing target that they could explore heading into the trade deadline is Alec Burks. In the final year of his contract with the Pistons, Burks is averaging 13 points and three rebounds on 40 percent shooting from 3-point range.
Burks is a player that can solidify their shooting and add another element on the wing. If the Nuggets are going to make another deep playoff run, it would be wise for them to add to their depth before the stretch run.
