Russell Westbrook, LA Clippers

Since the addition of James Harden, the LA Clippers have struggled mightily. It's safe to say that adding Harden hasn't exactly paid off as the Clippers had hoped. However, LA is now connected at the hip with Harden. They can't afford to throw away the season and wait until the summer to move on from him. They kind of have to make it work right now. And one way that they could possibly try to turn things around is by trading Russell Westbrook.

He's the one player that has suffered the most since the Harden acquisition and as PJ Tucker put it, there may not be enough balls to go around for the Clippers. One way the Clippers could attempt to solve their issues is by trading one of the players who needs the ball in his hands to be effective. Unfortunately, Westbrook may be the odd man out.

Even though this may look like an act of disrespect by the Clippers to Westbrook, it quite honestly might be the best possible outcome for all parties. I just can't imagine the Clippers solving their issues by continuing to ram their heads against the wall with this core. Maybe a slight adjustment is what this team needs. Now that Westbrook is trade-eligible, it may be time for the front office to have the conversation.
