28. Sacramento Kings

Projected Starting Five: Darren Collison, Arron Afflalo, Rudy Gay, Willie Cauley-Stein, DeMarcus Cousins

Let’s just say this: thank God the Sacramento Kings have Boogie Cousins.

If they didn’t, there could be a real argument around the premise that the Kings have the worst starting unit in the NBA. But because of Cousins, they don’t. Still, the 28th best starting five isn’t great by any means.

Collison and Afflalo is a fine starting backcourt. It’s just not going to win you many games. Rudy Gay has one foot out of Sacramento and while Willie Cauley-Stein is a solid prospect, he’s still quite raw.
