Pau Gasol
It’s hard to consider Gasol underrated when every team in the league would take him in a heartbeat. Gasol is underrated, though, in terms of what he can bring to a team and what the general public believes his Listen, Gasol basically slept walk on defense the last two seasons. There were so many trade rumors surrounding him, and the Lakers sucked. Why should he bust on defense when the Lakers were going to lose anyway. People, then, started the chatter:

“He’s too old to play defense.”
“Pau doesn’t have what it takes to win.”
“Gasol’s washed up.”
“blah, blah, blah”
Pau is still a legit center in the league. He can score and pass pretty much as well or better than any big man in the league. There will be a ton of suitors for Pau in free agency and he’ll get paid. Hopefully, he winds up on a contender, or his addition makes the team a contender, like Memphis, Phoenix, or even Dallas.
