Key Addition(s): Marcus Smart, Marcus Thornton, Evan Turner 

Key Loss: N/A 

Will Rajon Rondo be traded before the deadline? Will he be extended? Will Danny Ainge make a splash before the season starts, or during the season to land a second star? There are more questions that need to be answered for the Celtics in order to cement what kind of team they’ll be this season. And even then, they’ll probably still be the fourth best team in this division.

There’s little that separates the Sixers and Celtics as currently assembled. Though, Boston’s roster is peppered with a bit more talent, so they get to hold on to the fourth spot for now.
