1. Toronto

Record (last season): 48-34

Key Addition(s): Louis Williams

Key Loss: N/A

The Raptors are essentially bringing back the same team that won the Atlantic division last year. If anything, the biggest addition to Toronto this season will be the added experience they gained during last year’s playoff loss against the Brooklyn Nets. With the Cleveland Cavaliers taking the role of the Miami Heat this season, and the Indiana Pacers falling back to the pack with the loss of Lance Stephenson, it’s not out of the realm of possibility to believe that the Raptors could finish in the No. 2 seed in the East.

If the Cavs don’t pull the trade for Kevin Love, Toronto may have enough to snag the No. 1 seed.
