LeBron James

LeBron James is the player that got the most media attention this offseason. He chose to become a free agent after four years with the Miami Heat. Shortly into the offseason, he announced his return to the Cleveland Cavaliers.

James made a name for himself in Cleveland over the first seven years of his career. He then moved to Miami in search of championships. After two,and four NBA Finals appearances in four years, a much more mature LeBron James will be returning to Cleveland in hopes of more championships. Last year with the Heat, James averaged 27.1 points per game, 6.9 rebounds per game, 6.4 assists per game and 1.6 steals per game. He shot 57 percent from the field, 38 percent from long range and 75 percent from the free throw line.

In Cleveland, James will be even more of a mentor than with the Heat. He is surrounded by young talent and will need to be even more of a leader than he was with the Heat. His numbers have stayed consistent over the past four years and you can expect more of that. I see James averaging around 28 points per game, seven rebounds per game, seven assists and two steals per game next season.
