Trevor Ariza vs Washington Wizards

Meetings:

Dec. 29 @ Houston

Mar. 29 @ Washington

Trevor Ariza had one of his best seasons in his career — averaging 14.4 points and 6.2 rebounds per game — last season with the Washington Wizards. This season, with the Houston Rockets, he’ll be tasked with the difficult duty of “replacing” Chandler Parsons, who elected greener pastures in Dallas.

In essence, Ariza just needs to be a third option to Dwight Howard and James Harden. If he can do that, he, and the Rockets, should be fine.

That’s a big “if” though.
