No. 10: Jason Maxiell

Maxiell was waved by the Orlando Magic in July after averaging just 3.2 points and 2.5 rebounds in 34 games last year.  But, he is only one season removed from starting 71 contests at power forward for the Detroit Pistons the year before.

No. 9: Byron Mullens

In 2012-13 Mullens averaged 10.6 points and 6.4 rebounds for the then Charlotte Bobcats.  His numbers fell off dramatically last season with the L.A. Clippers, but then showed a nice uptick when he was dealt to the 76ers at the trade deadline.  Luckily for Mullens there’s always a market for 25-year-old seven-footers in the NBA.
