Brooklyn Nets
Best Player On The Roster: Joe Johnson
2013-14 Stats: 15.8 points, 3.4 rebounds
Word: Due to many injuries over the course of the last two seasons, Joe Johnson has overtaken Deron Williams as the best player on this Nets team. He was often the go-to player last season and he’ll be instrumental in their success this season, if they find any. Johnson may be on the latter half of his NBA career, but he still has some good gas left in his tank.
Worst “Good” Player On The Roster: Kevin Garnett
2013-14 Stats: 6.5 points, 6.6 rebounds
Word: Father time is undefeated. And for Kevin Garnett, it’s just that time in his career where his name is going to outshine his play — and he’ll get deducted for it, even if it is a bit unfair.
