Will the Pelicans be a force in the Western Conference?

Apart from simply Anthony Davis, the New Orleans Pelicans have some really good pieces in place. So much so that many predict the Pelicans to be this year’s Phoenix Suns. Some have even picked the Pelicans to make the postseason.

And while a great deal of that depends on overall team health, we’ll be able to see how serious this group can be when it counts. In game 1 the Pelicans, they’ll have an opportunity to prove that they’re going to be a force this season.
