Biggest Disappointment: The fact that the front office thought this roster was good enough to thrive

This roster is not good. This team is not good. And neither is their front office right now.

The fact that the Lakers front office thought that this roster was good enough to make any sort of noise in the Western Conference is quite alarming.

Apart from Kobe Bryant, there’s nothing on this roster that is any kind of good right now. Ok, I’ll give you Jeremy Lin. But other than those two, what was the Lakers front office thinking when they decided: “yes, this is going to be our 2014-15 roster.”
