Detroit Pistons
Record: 4-14
After losing nine of its last 10 games, it’s time to put a fork in the Detroit Pistons. They’re done.
The only thing that’s worth keeping an eye on is the situation that is Greg Monroe, and Andre Drummond‘s progression. Other than that, there’s really nothing to note on this team.
Wait, one more thing — if the Pistons can manage to find a team stupid enough to take Josh Smith, and his outrageous contract, we should pay attention to that.
Many picked this Pistons team to make the playoffs, especially in the weak Eastern Conference. They have the talent, on paper. Detroit has just failed mightily in transferring that paper-talent into anything respectable on the court.
It’s actually quite depressing.
Button them.
