Resolution: Find cohesion
The Mavericks may have made the splash of the season by acquiring Rajon Rondo away from the Boston Celtics. Although, the only problem with that is the fact that they now have to find new cohesion between the team’s starting five. Even though Rondo is a former NBA champion, there’s still a learning curve.
Rondo and Rick Carlisle will figure it out, but it’s going to take some time. Transitions, like these, take time. They’re not going to find it over night. The Mavs better hope, though, that they can obtain enough comfort with each other before the NBA playoffs.
