It seems as if they don’t know if they want to push forward and try to face the uphill battle of trying to snag the final spot in the Western Conference playoffs, settle for mediocrity or strip the team down by making a few trades to tank the rest of the way.</p> <p>After all, there’s no reward for finishing with the 9th or 10th best record in the NBA. In fact, you almost get penalized for doing that.</p> <p>Denver needs to decide that the No. 8 spot is going to be out of its reach; especially with much more talented teams like the Phoenix Suns, New Orleans Pelicans and the Oklahoma City Thunder all fighting for that spot. The Nuggets are the 4th best team fighting for that one spot. I don’t like their chances, and neither should they.</p>. (18-26)
