I won’t entirely count out the Blazers, but losing Wes Matthews is going to really hurt them in the playoffs, not as much in the regular season.

There are four teams in the Western Conference playoffs that most feel have a chance at making a run in the NBA’s tournament. The Portland Trail Blazers, unfortunately, are no longer one of those teams.
