Tyus Jones will be drafted too high

Simply because he played at Duke, won an NCAA Championship and because he had some big-time moments at the collegiate level, someone is going to draft Tyus Jones way too high in this draft. If Jones hadn’t played at Duke, I’m not sure if he’s still a first-round pick.

Nevertheless, here we are — and Jones will be taken probably between picks 15-22. Despite the fact that he’s undersized, doesn’t have consistent jumper and is not a great defensive player, he’ll be drafted in the first round. Unfortunately, in the NBA, those traits can’t be covered. Not when a point guard possesses them.
