Terry Rozier. 16. player. 18. <p>In somewhat of a surprising move, the Boston Celtics elect to draft Terry Rozier, a talented point guard out of Louisville. The Celtics now have a crowded backcourt with Isaiah Thomas and Marcus Smart already on the roster.</p> <p>Rozier has a nice jumper, excellent vision and great speed for a point guard. He should be a good fit for the Celtics, it’s just somewhat of a head-scratching move for a team that has a glutinous amount of point guards.</p>. PG. Louisville
