Wes Matthews suffered one of the most devastating injuries a basketball player could suffer at one of the worst times of his career — right before he was expected to hit free agency. Instead of a huge payday that he was likely headed for, Matthews might’ve lost a few dollars because of that injury.
Nevertheless, he’s still going to see a good amount of dough when the summer is all said and done. And if I had to bet, it’ll be with the Dallas Mavericks.
