Chicago Bulls

2014-15 Record: 50-32

2015-16 Projected Wins: 45-55

If the Chicago Bulls can get a healthy Derrick Rose for the majority of the season, which would be something to unwisely assume, the Bulls have a chance to be the second-best, if not push the Cleveland Cavaliers for the top spot, in the Eastern Conference.

The key for the Bulls though, in my opinion, is whether we’re going to see good or bad Joakim Noah this season. And if we do see good Noah, how long will it last?

We got to the point last season where Noah couldn’t even make a simple layup. If that Noah is the one that Chicago is banking on this season, the Bulls could be looking at another early playoff exit, despite what Rose looks like.
