Like Father, Like Son?

When Robinson finally decided to start playing basketball, he was 6-foot-6…and growing. He started his Navy basketball career at 6-foot-9 and grew to 7-feet by the time he graduated. His son, Justin Robinson, recently earned a scholarship at Duke. He’s currently 6-foot-8…and could grow to 7-feet as well.

True To His Word

In 1991, Robinson visited a class of 5th-graders and issued a challenge: Finish school and go to college and he’d give each of them $2,000 scholarships. Fast forward to 1998, all of those students that finished school, went on to college with an extra $2K.
