23. Charlotte Hornets

Starting Five: Kemba Walker, Nicolas Batum, Michael Kidd-Gilchrist, Al Jefferson, Cody Zeller

Starting Five Rating: 16

After a flurry of changes this offseason, and declining a myriad of first-round picks in exchange for Frank Kaminsky, the Charlotte Hornets check-in with the 23rd best starting five in the NBA.

They may not have a budding superstar, but they do have a still have some really good players on their roster. Which now includes Nicolas Batum, who is entering a contract season. Kemba Walker still has a ton of potential and you know what you’re going to get from Big Al on a night-to-night basis.

The Hornets have a good starting five, they just aren’t great.
