Starting Five: Elfrid Payton, Victor Oladipo, Tobias Harris, Channing Frye, Nikola Vucevic 

Starting Five Rating: 17

I’m driving the Orlando Magic bandwagon and have them finishing 9th, possibly 8th, in the Eastern Conference. Yes, I believe that Victor Oladipo is going to take a huge step this season, which is also reflected by this 20th ranking.

Sure, Orlando might’ve only won 25 games last season, but I believe they’re closer to a 40-win season than they are to another 20-win season. If this team can remain healthy, I fully expect this team to be much better than they were a year ago.
