Starting Five: Derrick Rose, Jimmy Butler, Mike Dunleavy Jr, Pau Gasol, Joakim Noah
Starting Five Rating: 18
The Bulls have a pretty solid starting unit. I don’t think anyone would deny that fact. Though, they still don’t have a downright superstar. If Jimmy Butler can take the next step in his progression, or if Derrick Rose can return to form, then they’ll have an argument.
But, until then, that’s the one element that this team is missing. And it proved to be costly in the playoffs, especially against the likes of LeBron James. Then again, this has been the case for the Bulls for a while – they simply don’t have enough.
