The Bucks won’t live up to expectations

After what they surprisingly accomplished last season, the Milwaukee Bucks, after adding Greg Monroe this offseason, will be expected to do much more this year. Some even have them pegged as a top four seed in the Eastern Conference.

While I won’t go that far, I believe that they’re one of the five best teams in the conference. However, I have my concerns with this team. Specifically, because of their point guard situation. I was not a fan of their NBA trade deadline day deal, and I’m still not a fan of it.

Trading Brandon Knight, their best player at the time they traded him, didn’t make much sense then and it certainly doesn’t make any sense now. Michael Carter-Williams simply didn’t fill the void that was left after Knight was traded. That could prove to be a huge mistake.
