8. Los Angeles Lakers

The Los Angeles Lakers actually get more interesting each passing day. I want to hate them. I have to hate them. But I need to watch them. This may very well be the Black Mamba’s black swan song. And I don’t want to say I missed any of it.

Plus, they’ve got some interesting rookies in D’Angelo Russell, Larry Nance, Jr. and Julius Randle (he’s essentially a rookie, give me a break). And they’ve acquired Lou Williams and Roy Hibbert, so unlike last season, there’s some actual talent on the roster. Playoffs? We’ll see. Exciting? Potentially.
