It’s unprecedented what the Miami Heat have found in Hassan Whiteside. He fell through the NBA cracks – in large part because of his attitude – and onto the laps of the Heat. More often than not, he looks like the an NBA all-star when he’s on the court.
And because of his production, he’s helped transform the Miami Heat into the best defensive team in the NBA. THE BEST. He’s also added an element to the Heat that they haven’t had since Alonzo Mourning retired.
