9. Chris Bosh, Miami Heat
Stats: 18.9 points, 8.1 rebounds, 22.51 PER
Last season was a year to forget for the Miami Heat. They lost LeBron James (to the Cavaliers) and Chris Bosh (to sickness) in the same season. Those two losses, along with Dwyane Wade in and out of the lineup, was too much for the Heat to overcome. They missed the playoffs and never looked like a competent group.
With both Wade and Bosh healthy, and the emergence of a solid supporting cast that was often nonexistent a year ago, the Heat look whole again. And Bosh’s play, who’s having perhaps his best all-around and efficient season since his Toronto days, has been pillar of stability for the Heat.
The Heat is best when their offense is centered around Chris Bosh. He’s their best player and they’re finally playing like it as of late.
