NBA: 10 Players That Have Had Disappointing 2015-16 Seasons

2 of 11

Serge Ibaka

Stats: 12.7 points, 6.9 rebounds, 48% FG, 34%  3PT

With the NBA forcing the need for stretch 4s, it might’ve broke Serge Ibaka. He’s taken a step back this season, compared to where his career arc was heading over the last few years. And while the case can be made that Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook at stealing away scoring opportunities from Ibaka, his efficiency numbers are down too.

Ibaka is averaging his lowest points per game since the 2011-12 season and is shooting the three-ball much worse than last season. Even though is overall field goal percentage has remained relatively the same from last year, both his effective field goal and total shot percentage are down from last season.

Westbrook and Durant have certainly gotten better for OKC, but Ibaka has definitely taken a step back.
