1. Golden State Warriors (1-0)

The Warriors opened the playoffs as many of us predicted they would, by laying a haymaker on the chins of the Houston Rockets. Golden State beat the Rockets by 26 in Game 1, and it wasn’t even that close. The only problem for the Warriors was that Stephen Curry appeared to have tweaked his ankle. He eventually left the game entirely in the third quarter.

Fortunately, at that point, the game was very much decided.

Question is, will this be a lingering issue for Curry? If it is, the Warriors could be in some trouble. Certainly not immediate, because the Rockets still probably can’t beat Golden State four times without Curry, but definitely down the road.
