3. Cleveland Cavaliers (4-0)
To be honest, the Cleveland Cavaliers impressed me by sweeping the Detroit Pistons. Not because they pulled off the feat, but because of how well the Big Three played in the process. Kyrie Irving, Kevin Love and LeBron James haven’t looked this good playing together in a very long time, if at all.
Even if it is just for one series, it appears that LeBron finally has the help that he wanted when he left the Miami Heat two years ago. If Irving and Love can continue to play at this high level, I’m not sure if there’s a team in the Eastern Conference that will challenge them.
The question with this team is – and will always be – whether or not Irving and Love can play at the highest level when it matters most. And I’m not talking about the first round of the playoffs.
