17 – Al Jefferson, Charlotte Hornets – 6’10” F/C

Al Jefferson has been an all-star over the years, scoring 1000+ points in each of his last nine seasons until this one, where he only score 562. Granted, he did face the injury bug and played a majority off the bench minutes; Jefferson 12.0 PPG and 6.4 RPG during those minutes.

Jefferson has been a force over the years and I don’t think his tank is empty yet. The former all-star has consistently stated that returning to the Charlotte Hornets is his “best situation”.

He’s also said that he would be fine coming off the bench for the Hornets if that’s what coach Clifford thought best, revealing his desire to end his luxurious NBA career in Charlotte.

Expect Big Al to re-sign with the Charlotte Hornets, maybe for less money than the $13.8 million he received this year, but all-in-all Big Al and the Hornets are happy together.
