The most important player for the Warriors is…

MS: It’s got to be Draymond Green. When he’s struggled in the playoffs, so have the Golden State Warriors. Furthermore, with a healthy Kevin Love available for the Cavs this time around, his role becomes even more important.

WG: The most important for the Warriors will be Andre Iguodala. His defense on LeBron was the difference for both teams and led to him getting the Finals MVP. It will have to be more of the same for the repeat.

More from Sir Charles In Charge

EG: The most important player for the Warriors is Draymond Green. When he’s producing the numbers he produced during the regular season, GSW wins.

CM: Stephen Curry, he had moments where he didn’t look like his video game self last series due to OKC’s length, but his performance in Games 6 and 7 will likely carry over to the Finals. His presence on the court is enough to change your defense; the Warriors go as he goes.

JA: The most important player for the Warriors is the Swiss Army knife known as Draymond Green. He runs their offense and anchors their defense, while also fighting the opponent’s top rebounder(s) for 38+ minutes a game. Without him, small ball doesn’t work as efficiently (or at all). Without him, they lose their most versatile defender. Without him, they lose their swagger.

GG: Klay Thompson. He was the difference maker against the Thunder and it’s going to be up to him to carry the offensive workload if Curry finds himself struggling.

NB: Draymond Green.

ND: Klay Thompson, as the team’s No. 2 scoring threat and since he will likely be matched up with Kyrie Irving on the defensive side of the ball.

JR: Wardell!!!
