12. Atlanta Hawks (via Utah)

Pick: Taurean Prince, F, Baylor

The Atlanta Hawks may have lost Jeff Teague in a three-team deal earlier this week, but at least they got DeMarre Carroll back.

Well, not exactly. But with the 12th pick that they acquired from the Utah Jazz, the Hawks selected Taurean Prince from Baylor, who is almost a carbon copy of Carroll. Prince doesn’t do one thing exceptionally well, but he’s a bit of a swiss army knife type of player.

He can play some D, hit a 3 or two and slash to the basket. Everything that the Hawks missed from Carroll this past season, they’ll immediately get it back with Prince.
