21. Jamal Crawford, Unrestricted
Jamal Crawford may be in his last legs of his career, but he’s still productive. Heck, he just won ANOTHER Sixth Man of the Year award (even though that he didn’t deserve it). Crawford still has value in the NBA, I’m just not sure it’s with the Los Angeles Clippers.
Sure, Los Angeles would love to have him back but there are bigger holes on the roster. With that said, I really think that a return to New York could be in the cards for Crawford. Plus, he’s exactly what the team needs.
Their bench was atrocious a year ago. Crawford would come in and anchor that second unit. He’d also add a scoring punch at the two-guard position that doesn’t currently exist.
Prediction: Signs two-year deal in New York
